This lesson presents different approaches for collecting information in order to make decision and to drive the modeling and valuation of information.

Objectives
Upon completion of this lesson, you will be able to
  • list different sources of information
  • collect data from interviews, surveys, focus groups, and observations
  • recognize and mitigate cognitive bias during information collection
